This Sony laptop is made from hardware supplied by ATI, Texas Instruments, VIA and Realtek. The VIA KT133 KM133 AGP VT8363 8365 System hardware is also found in 2 other systems. The IEEE 1394 hardware was made by Texas Instruments, called the tsb12lv26 ieee 1394 controller link device. As well as the Sony PCG-FX802 P, Texas Instruments have made this device for use in 1 similar systems. The Graphics device is managed by rage mobility pm agp. Tsb12lv26 ieee 1394 controller link is the device that controls the ieee 1394.

The Modem system makes use of the ac97 modem device. Multimedia runs on vt82c686 ac97 audio controller.

The Network device is managed by rtl 8139 8139c 8139c. Pci1420 pc card cardbus is the device that controls the pcmcia.
