This Samsung laptop is made from hardware supplied by AMD, nVidia, Realtek and Samsung. The AMD Athlon64 Opteron K8 HyperTransport Technology Configuration CPU hardware is also found in 14 other systems. The Modem hardware was made by Samsung, called the sgh e720 sgh e840 device. As well as the Samsung Q1, Samsung have made this device for use in 3 similar systems. The Graphics device is managed by geforce 6150se nforce 430 c61. The Samsung Q1Hd audio device is named the mcp61 high definition and the realtek high definition audio.

The Modem system makes use of the sgh e720 sgh e840 device. Network runs on mcp61 ethernet. The Storage device is managed by mcp61 sata.
