This Samsung laptop is made from hardware supplied by ATI, Realtek, Logitech, Agere, Atheros and Ricoh. The ATI IXP SB400 PCI ISA Bridge System hardware is also found in 13 other systems. The Modem hardware was made by Agere, called the sens lt56adw modem device. As well as the Samsung NP-R41 Plus, Agere have made this device for use in 10 similar systems. The Graphics device is managed by radeon xpress 200m rc410. The Samsung NP-R41 PlusHd audio device is named the ixp sb4x0 high definition controller and the realtek high definition audio.

The Human interface system makes use of the firstmouse plus device. Modem runs on sens lt56adw modem.

Network has rtl 8139 8139c 8139c and the ar2413 nic. Rl5c476 ii is the device that controls the pcmcia. The Samsung NP-R41 PlusSd host controllers device is named the r5c822 sd sdio mmc ms mspro host adapter and the xd picture card controller. Smart card readers runs on r5c843 mmc host controller.

The Storage device is managed by ixp sb400 ide controller.
