This Packard Bell laptop is made from hardware supplied by ATI, Realtek and Ralink. The ATI IXP SB400 PCI PCI Bridge System hardware is also found in 17 other systems. The HD Audio hardware was made by ATI, called the ixp sb4x0 high definition controller device. As well as the Packard Bell EasyNote MZ36, ATI have made this device for use in 1 similar systems. The Graphics device is managed by radeon xpress 200m rc410. The Packard Bell EasyNote MZ36Hd audio device is named the ixp sb4x0 high definition controller and the high definition audio.

Network has rt2561 rt61 and the rtl 8139 8139c 8139c. Storage runs on ixp sb400 ide controller.
