This Lenovo laptop is made from hardware supplied by AuthenTec, Intel, ATI, nVidia, VIA, Microsoft, Conexant, Trust, Holtek Semiconductor, Logitech, Ricoh, Broadcom, Marvell Technology, Ralink, ONDA Communication, Hewlett Packard, JMicron and AMD. The Microsoft High Definition Audio HD Audio hardware is also found in 237 other systems. The Network hardware was made by Intel, called the shiloh pro wireless 5100 agn device. As well as the Lenovo ThinkPad R500, Intel have made this device for use in 71 similar systems. The Biometric device is managed by aes2810. The Graphics is reported to use 3 different devices, the mobility radeon hd 3600, mobile 4 series chipset integrated and the geforce 8400 gs g98.
The Hd audio is reported to use 7 different devices, the mcp61 high definition, via high definition audio, high definition audio, 82801i hd controller ich9, high definition audio, high definition audio and the 82801i hd controller ich9.
The Human interface is reported to use 4 different devices, the usb video, optical mouse, mouseman dual optical and the comfort curve keyboard 2000. Ieee 1394 has r5c551 ieee 1394 controller and the fire ii ohci controller vt6306 7 8. Modem runs on thinkpad modem. The Network is reported to use 5 different devices, the mcp61 ethernet, shiloh pro wireless 5100 agn, netlink bcm5787m gigabit ethernet pci express, 88e8056 pci e gigabit ethernet and the rt2561 rt61 pci.
Rl5c476 ii is the device that controls the pcmcia. The Ports system makes use of the onda diagnostics interface device. Printer runs on laserjet p1005. The Sd host controllers device is managed by r5c822 sd sdio mmc ms mspro host adapter. R5c843 mmc host controller is the device that controls the smart card readers. The Storage is reported to use 4 different devices, the mcp61 sata, ich9m m e sata ahci, jmb368 ide and the 82801 sata raid.
