This IBM laptop is made from hardware supplied by Intel, Realtek, Logitech, Ericsson and JMicron. The Intel Intel High Definition Audio HDMI HD Audio hardware is also found in 101 other systems. The Human Interface hardware was made by Logitech, called the optical wheel mouse device. As well as the IBM ThinkPad SL510, Logitech have made this device for use in 73 similar systems. The Graphics device is managed by mobile 4 series chipset integrated. The Hd audio is reported to use 3 different devices, the 82801i hd controller ich9, high definition audio and the intel high definition audio hdmi.

The Human interface system makes use of the optical wheel mouse device. The Network is reported to use 3 different devices, the f3507g mobile broadband module, shiloh pro wireless 5100 agn and the rtl8111 8168b pci express gigabit ethernet.

The Sd host controllers is reported to use 4 different devices, the sd mmc host controller, standard sd host controller, ms host controller and the xd host controller. Storage runs on ich9m m e sata ahci.
