This IBM laptop is made from hardware supplied by Broadcom, Intel, nVidia, Conexant, OEM, Microdia, Qualcomm, Atheros and Realtek. The NVidia High Definition Audio HD Audio hardware is also found in 32 other systems. The Human Interface hardware was made by OEM, called the usb input device. As well as the IBM Lenovo B450, OEM have made this device for use in 32 similar systems. The Bluetooth device is managed by bcm2046. The IBM Lenovo B450Graphics device is named the mobile 4 series chipset integrated and the geforce g105m g98m.

The Hd audio is reported to use 3 different devices, the 82801i hd controller ich9, high definition audio and the high definition audio.

Human interface runs on usb input. The Imaging device is managed by sonix usb camera. Hs usb diagnostics 9004 is the device that controls the modem. Network has ar242x ar542x wireless pci express and the ar8132 fast ethernet. Storage runs on ich9m m e sata ahci.
