This Asus laptop is made from hardware supplied by ASUSTek, ATI, Intel, Realtek, Ricoh and Conexant. The Intel 82801 Mobile PCI Bridge System hardware is also found in 87 other systems. The PCMCIA hardware was made by Ricoh, called the rl5c476 ii device. As well as the Asus A3V, Ricoh have made this device for use in 2 similar systems. The Bluetooth device is managed by bt 183 bluetooth 2 0 edr adapter. Radeon mobility x700 pcie is the device that controls the graphics.

Hd audio has 82801fb fbm fr fw frw high definition controller ich6 and the realtek high definition audio.

Ieee 1394 runs on r5c551 ieee 1394 controller. The Modem device is managed by hdaudio soft data fax modem smartcp. Network has rtl 8139 8139c 8139c and the calexico2 pro wireless 2200bg. The Pcmcia system makes use of the rl5c476 ii device.

Sd host controllers runs on r5c822 sd sdio mmc ms mspro host adapter. The Storage device is managed by 82801fb fbm fr fw frw ide ich6.
