This Asus laptop is made from hardware supplied by Intel, ALi, Logitech, Chesen, Ricoh, Realtek and M-Systems. The Logitech Optical Wheel Mouse Human Interface hardware is also found in 157 other systems. The Network hardware was made by Intel, called the calexico2 pro wireless 2200bg device. As well as the Asus A3000L, Intel have made this device for use in 62 similar systems. The Audio device is managed by 82801db dbl dbm ac97 sound ich4 ich4 l ich4 m. M5603 video camera controller is the device that controls the digital camera.

The Graphics system makes use of the 82852 855gm integrated device. Human interface has optical wheel mouse and the keyboard.

Ieee 1394 runs on r5c551 ieee 1394 controller. The Modem device is managed by 82801db dbl dbm ac97 modem ich4 ich4 l ich4 m. Network has rtl 8139 8139c 8139c and the calexico2 pro wireless 2200bg. The Pcmcia system makes use of the rl5c476 ii device.

The Asus A3000LStorage device is named the traveldrive usb flash drive and the 82801dbm ide ich4 m.
