This recovery CD will only work for use with iMac G5 Apple. This recovery CD contains every driver for your Apple iMac G5.
This Apple pc is made from hardware supplied by ATI, Intel, Microsoft, Realtek, Holtek Semiconductor, Agere Systems, Chicony Electronics, Agere, Marvell Technology, Broadcom, Atheros, AMD and Apple. The Intel 82801 Mobile PCI Bridge System hardware is also found in 87 other systems. The Network hardware was made by Atheros, called the ar928x wireless pci express device. As well as the Apple iMac G5, Atheros have made this device for use in 7 similar systems. The Graphics is reported to use 3 different devices, the radeon mobility x1600 m56p, mobile 945gm gms 943 940gml express integrated and the radeon hd 3100 graphics rs780mc.
The Hd audio is reported to use 3 different devices, the n10 ich 7 high definition controller, sigmatel high definition audio and the realtek high definition audio.
The Human interface system makes use of the usb device. Ieee 1394 runs on fw322 323. The Imaging device is managed by usb composite. Toshiba software modem is the device that controls the modem. The Network is reported to use 4 different devices, the 88e8053 pci e gigabit ethernet, bcm4311, rtl8101e rtl8102e pci express fast ethernet and the ar928x wireless pci express.
The Storage is reported to use 4 different devices, the 82801g ide ich7, 82801gbm ghm sata ide ich7, sb7x0 sb8x0 sb9x0 sata controller and the sb7x0 sb8x0 sb9x0 ide. Usb runs on built in isight.
