This Acer laptop is made from hardware supplied by AuthenTec, Hewlett Packard, Intel, Texas Instruments, Realtek, Microsoft, Pixart, A4 Tech, Suyin, Conexant, Agere, ONDA Communication, Broadcom, JMicron and AnyDATA. The Hewlett Packard Integrated Module Wireless Interface Bluetooth WLAN Bluetooth hardware is also found in 150 other systems. The Human Interface hardware was made by Pixart, called the optical mouse device. As well as the Acer Aspire 2930, Pixart have made this device for use in 147 similar systems. The Biometric device is managed by aes1600. Integrated module wireless interface bluetooth wlan is the device that controls the bluetooth.
The Graphics is reported to use 3 different devices, the mobile 4 series chipset integrated, mobile 945gm gms 943 940gml express integrated and the pcixx12 gemc e based smartcard.
The Hd audio is reported to use 4 different devices, the high definition audio, 82801i hd controller ich9, n10 ich 7 high definition controller and the soundmax integrated digital hd audio. Human interface has optical mouse and the port mouse.
Ieee 1394 runs on pcixx12 ohci compliant ieee 1394 host controller. The Imaging device is managed by usb composite. The Modem is reported to use 3 different devices, the hda cx11270 soft modem, agere systems hda modem and the zte k3565 z hsdpa. The Network is reported to use 4 different devices, the rtl8111 8168b pci express gigabit ethernet, wifi link 5100, golan pro wireless 3945abg and the netxtreme bcm5788 gigabit ethernet. Pcmcia runs on pcixx12 cardbus. The Sd host controllers is reported to use 5 different devices, the xd host controller, standard sd host controller, pcixx12 sda standard compliant sd host controller, sd mmc host controller and the ms host controller.
The Storage is reported to use 5 different devices, the ich9m m e sata ahci, 82801g ide ich7, 82801gbm ghm sata ahci ich7, ich9m m e 2 port sata ide and the ich9m m e 2 port sata ide.
